Reservation & Booking Fee

In order to secure your reservation, a booking fee of 20% of the total amount of the rental price will be required. The booking fee must be paid within two working days of the reservation request and a payment confirmation must be submitted to FH-Signature within this time. Please note that your reservation will only be secured after the payment has been confirmed.

The booking fee is part of the rental price and will be subtracted from the total amount for your stay.

Payment Methods & Security Deposit

The payment of your booking fee and the rental price can both be made either via credit card (we accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa), bank transfer or PayPal.

Should you wish to pay other than with PayPal and in order to prevent from fraudulent use of your credit card you are required to submit the credit card details either via telephone or fax for credit card payments.

Please note that all rental payments must be made in total latest one week prior to your arrival.

Prior or latest on the day of your arrival you are required to provide us with your credit card details in order to hold an amount of 500,00 Euro for the security deposit. Alternatively you can also disburse the security deposit in cash.

The security deposit is required to cover any breakages, damages or additional charges incurred during your stay. Full refund within ten working days after your departure is guaranteed by FH-Signature in case none of the above mentioned incurrence is registered.

Cancellation & Amendments

If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your reservation please be aware that the following is to be taken into account:

- Cancellation requests must be made in written notice.

- All cancellation requests made within two weeks of the scheduled arrival date will result in the loss of the booking fee.

- Full amount rental payments will be refunded in total exclusive credit card, bank or PayPal transfer costs, if the cancellation request is made prior to two weeks of the scheduled arrival date.

FH-Signature reserves the right not to refund for non-arrivals, late arrivals or early departures and therefore highly advises guests to take adequate travel insurance.

Any changes to the reservation made less than two weeks prior to your arrival date are subject to the cancellation conditions, unless the duration of your stay is being extended.

Arrival & Departure

If not otherwise agreed, the apartment is available from 14h00 onwards on the day of your arrival and up to 22h00. Please note that for late arrivals between 21h00 and 22h00 an extra fee of 30,00 Euro will be charged.

The check-out time on the day of your departure may not be later than 11h00. In consideration towards other guests, please be aware that late check-outs after 11h00 are subject to a charge equivalent to the standard rate for a one night stay.

On the arrival and departure days a check-in and check-out protocol may be processed which are conclusive to the rental agreement.

Ethics & Behaviour

FH-Signature is strongly committed to the well being of the community and to the environmental protection. Your collaboration is therefore highly appreciated.

Special attention shall be paid to the daily rest periods from 13h00-15h00 and 22h00-07h00 as well as consideration for energy saving and recycling of waste. Please note that the apartment is a non-smoking apartment and unfortunately pets cannot be allowed.

As a courtesy towards other guests FH-Signature is grateful for your consideration in leaving the apartment in the same condition as it was handed over to you. In case of any damages occurring during your rental period you are expected to inform FH-Signature immediately.

Internet Access & Responsibility

The apartment is equipped with an Internet access point. The use of this Internet access for the transmission, dissemination and/or duplication of information is regulated by federal laws and regulations. FH-Signature does not control the information obtained via the Internet access and, therefore, can not be held responsible or liable for its use.

FH-Signature strongly advises guests not to violate these laws and regulations.

Liability

FH-Signature cannot be held liable or assume responsibility for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence during your stay. These include without limitation damages or losses because of fire, robbery or criminal behaviour or due to any other case of force majeure. Additionally, damages or inconveniences caused by you, your guests or any other persons for whom you are accountable during your stay are under your full responsibility.
